Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, has terminated the appointment of Mr. Hilary Ekhoye as Executive Director, Public Procurement Agency. According to a letter by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Julius Ihonvbere, dated Wednesday, September 24, 2014, Oshiomhole said the termination became necessary due to poor performance. He also stated that the sack takes immediate effect. Ekhoye was, thus, directed to transfer any government property in his possession to the Secretary of the Edo State Public Procurement Agency.
